Domestic Customers
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.
We ship orders via USPS, UPS, & FedEx depending on size and weight of the order.
* Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated based on weight and destination. Please contact us before placing orders for correct shipping price. *
Item Availability & Partial Shipping
We recommend placing In-Stock orders and Pre-Orders separately. If you place an order containing both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, the whole order will be held until all products are available to ship. If you wish to have In-Stock items ship ahead of your Pre-Order items, simply log into your Account and access the My Orders section. From there you can cancel items that could potentially be held and place a separate order for them. Once your new order has been placed, we will process and ship the new order right away.
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as moved without a forwarding address, incorrect address or not at home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping. Failure to respond to our email regarding reshipment will result in a full refund of the order minus any shipping fees.
